Mountain Mind & Movement is located on the ground floor of The Windham Cottage annex of The Grafton Inn at 76 Main Street, Grafton, VT.
When you come into Grafton you will see The White Church. The sign for MMM is just before the church at at the entrance to the parking lot for MMM. when you face The Windham Cottage there are two doors. The door to the far left is MMM. We do not have a waiting room, so we ask that you wait until your scheduled appointment time to enter the building. If you are coming to a yoga class we encourage you to come 10-15 minutes early so that you can gather what you need and settle into a spot. There are separate spaces for yoga, bodywork and psychotherapy. However, without a waiting room, you could walk into a session…so…unless you are coming to a yoga class…please do not enter MMM without an appointment. Thank you for your consideration.
