Although traditional “talk therapy” can be a very successful method to help individuals restore balance in their lives, often the mind-body connection can be overlooked. I believe in treating both the mind and body.

Some people seek me out to help them feel more balanced with emotional situations. Others come to me to feel better physically. Some people know there is a connection between their emotional and physical health, and we will work together to integrate both into your sessions.
